SITE ASSESSMENT & SCOPE

I visit the site, review your plans or help develop them, and produce a clear project scope with preliminary budget ranges and a realistic schedule.

TEAM ASSEMBLY

I source and vet contractors, subcontractors, and vendors from my established Catskills network. You get the right people, not just whoever is available.

BUILD & OVERSIGHT

Weekly site visits, owner reporting, budget tracking, and proactive problem-solving. You stay informed without being overwhelmed. I handle the day-to-day so you don't have to.

CLOSE-OUT & LAUNCH

Punch list completion, final inspections, lien waivers, and — if it's an STR — listing setup and launch coordination. We don't just hand you keys. We hand you a performing asset.
