Where the mountain meets
luxury living.

I grew up chasing sunsets in Scottsdale, Arizona, which might explain why I've always had a soft spot for wide-open views. My path eventually led me to New York City, where I built a career in corporate compensation — the kind of work that rewards precision and a good spreadsheet.

But in 2017, I bought my first mountain home, mostly as a weekend escape (and maybe, if I got lucky, a little rental income on the side). What started as a getaway turned into a full-blown love affair with the Catskills, and a few years later I found myself building a second home here — this time taking on the role of construction manager, coordinating a small army of contractors and learning more about framing, permits, and patience than any spreadsheet ever taught me.

Somewhere along the way, the mountains stopped being an escape from my career and became a second one I couldn't stop thinking about. That's how Stonehaven Ridge was born.
